All items are shipped next day through USPS for a flat rate of $25. They are shipped signature required. Please contact us if you have different shipping needs.

All of my jewelry is designed and hand made, one piece at a time, in my Milwaukee studio.

We have a 7 day return policy on any item. If you are unsatisfied with the fit or look of the item, we offer in-store credit or exchanges for merchandise only. We do not accept cancelations on custom made or custom sized pieces. All items must be in new condition and returned directly to Ann Marie Cianciolo Designs.

I recommend that you have your finger sized by a professional jeweler to ensure a proper fit prior to placing your order with Ann Marie Cianciolo Designs.   If you have additional sizing needs on other items of jewelry, please contact me directly.  If it doesn’t fit when you receive it, the first sizing is free.  I want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

I provide free maintenance for your jewelry. I will clean, polish, sandblast or oxidize at any time.  There is a $35 flat rate shipping charge.

We are happy to provide repair services for a set fee after one year of ownership.

Ann Marie Cianciolo Designs is not responsible for accidental damage of stones or metal incurred by wear or abuse. We advise you to have stones checked by a professional jeweler annually to ensure longevity of each piece.
